Write a poem about Thanksgiving. Your poem can be about what giving thanks means to you, or it can be about the food, or it can be about Indians and Pilgrims.
Your poem must follow the following form:

Thanksgiving leaves crunch;
The west-wind blows in cool.
Families gather in a bunch
Children act a fool.
The bird goes in the oven hot,
Plucked clean and basted juicy.
The gravy steams out of the pot;
Let's eat the golden goosey!
Assembled 'round the table set
The dinner makes us happy.
After dinner we soon forget
And take a November nappy.

The thing i like about thanksgiving is my family

I love when my grandma cook i love she
and the part when we bond like a beat
i like eating like a pig
and when we talk about everything
i also like when we fig
then eat a couple chicken wing
the after that we go home
take a nap
then wake up and talk about that day on a phone
then we rest go asleep and clap.
When the Halloween pumpkins are gone,

Then Thanksgiving will soon be around.
Thoughts of loved ones all feasting together,
Pleasant pictures from past times appear
To dwell in each heart and each mind--
Then Thanksgiving is finally here!
The kitchen has scrumptious aromas,
The dining room looks oh, so fine,
Decorations with pilgrims and turkeys,
And now we are ready to dine!
First the napkins are placed on our laps;
Now the prayer for the meal to be blessed,
Then we stuff the good food in our tummies,
And we hope for it all to digest

Some body eat this turkey already, I think we are all equal
All I think about is eating good food
But not eating a turkey
While some of my family members are mad at me with a stinking attitude
And some people fill their stomach’s with delicious food close your mouth, it’s kind of burpy
I think these is the end of all this

it was something that was quite interesting and bound
i began to start advertising
Thanksgiving was coming
the holiday feeled with joy and wonder
yet the food looked nasty and lumping
i began to ponder
About the great meanings of somethings
like how my mother gave me life
that was very promising
my dad is thankful that she is a good wife.

The bathroom line is long and I need to pee.
My stomack is very angry and I fell Ill.
So I go outside and find the nearest tree.

we go outside and chill where its slighty cool
or we stay inside sleep and snoring
later in the week we sit down for a meal
siblings, parents, and others
yeah, its no big deal
after that we all go to sleep under our covers
its the night before we go back
have my bookbag and clothing ready for tomorrow
maybe even a snack
a hope the week coming goes steady
